Return Policy
 
We want to make it easy for you to return items bought online at Baby Supermarket. Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment you may return or exchange any unused items in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Also, due to babysupermarket's quick shipping, all actual(not billed) shipping costs (both ways) are NOT refundable. If a purchase was made with a special shipping promotion (ex. Free Shipping,Flat Rate Shipping), actual shipping charges will apply.
 
Damaged Shipments
 
If you recieve your order in a less than desirable condition, the condition must be noted on delivery reciept at time of delivery by reciever and the delivery person. 
 
Carton damage does NOT institute product damage. If the carton containing your order is damaged, the reciever and delivery person are to inspect the product for any product damage. If any, this is to be noted on the delivery reciept before delivery is accepted, as well as notifying Babysupermarket.com.
 
 
Refused Shipments
 
If a shipment is refused upon delivery the customer will be billed for the shipping of the refused order both ways and a 25% restocking fee.
 
Clearance Items
Items marked clearance,close-out, discountinued, open boxed are not returnable nor refundable.
 
Package and Deal Items
Items that are purchased as part of a "Deal" or any type of promotional package or group that are returned individually will result in the remaining items of the "Deal", package, or group buy as being billed at regular price by deducting the savings from the refund.
 
Items that are mispriced :
As we are human and despite our best efforts, items may be mispriced. Before any orders are shipped prices are verified, thus the following maybe applied to your order:
  • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
  • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Before Returning Merchandise Please Note The Following

If your merchandise arrived damage, please call us at 601-362-7257 within 24 hours of receipt.

Use the orginal box or a sturdy substitute to ship items.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of reciept for refund or exchange. Items must be unused or defective to be returned. There may be a 25% restocking fee for items that do not meet these conditions.

C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.

All returns are subject to inspection.

The issuance of credit depends on final inspection. A 25%restocking fee will be assessed for returns not approved by our inspection team. 

Furniture, breast pumps, breast feeding accessories, bottles, potty seats, thermometers, diapers, intimate apparel and related supplies cannot be returned.

Software, videos and audio products can only be exchanged for the same title once opened. Un-opened software, video or audio products may be returned or exchanged.

Shipping fees and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is found to be defective.

Furniture delivery and set-up fees are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. Carton damage does NOT institute product damage. 

Please be sure to follow instructions below for all car seat and stroller returns.

How to Return or Exchange Items
1. Please contact Baby Supermarket prior to returning the item at 601-362-7257. You will need to provide the item description, order number and date, and reason for return.
Note: You can find the contact information on the packing slip that accompanied your order.
2. Wrap the package securely, using the original packing material if possible and ship to Baby Supermarket.
Also, you can simply bring the item and packing slip to Cullen's Play Pen, Inc. to exchange it or obtain a refund.
3. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return shipment and use a carrier (such as UPS) that provides shipment tracking information. Baby Supermarket cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
4. Once we have recieved and processed the return, we will appropriately issue a refund for the return. Credits ot credit cards should appear on the purchaser's credit card statement within one to two billing cycles.
 
Stroller and Car Seat Returns
1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, Baby Supermarket reserves the right to refuse returns on strollers & car seats with wear and tear or if the product has been:
a. Damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.
b. Tampered with or repaired by anyone other than the original manufacturer
2. Please set-up your stroller at home on a carpeted or clean surface and try it out with your child or children in it. Test all stroller functions while indoors on a carpeted or clean surface. Once the stroller has been used outside, it cannot be accepted for return.
3. If the stroller or car seat is defective upon receipt, it may be returned for exchange or refund.
4. For car seat and stroller returns to be processed, please be sure that the car seat or stroller is in its original condition and shows no signs of use. Be sure to return the item in its original vendor packaging with the instruction manual and warranty card.
5. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase and you are experiencing difficulties with your car seat or stroller or if you need replacement parts, please contact the manufacturer directly as provided in your instruction manual. Incorrect Customer Information
If incorrect customer information is provided,example wrong address, for which babysupermarket incurs additional order processing cost, those costs are to be paid by the customer.
 
Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Baby Supermarket by as soon as possible by email. Only order cancellations by email will be considered. Cancellations by any other method will not be honored.
Baby Supermarket work hard to process and ship your order quickly. We will do all we can to stop the item(s) from being shipped, but please understand that there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
 
Special Orders
Some items are special order products and are designated as such on the web site.
These non-stock items are ordered on a per-customer basis and are therefore subject to a 30% restocking fee when returned. Special orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing your order by calling Baby Supermarket. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Please note that personalized items, custom sized items, made to order items, and fabric yardage may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
 
Defective Product
If you receive a product that is defective, you must inform Baby Supermarket within 10 days of receipt. Baby Supermarket will provide further directions for returning or exchanging the item.
 
Damaged Product
Carefully examine each box for damage. This includes tears in the boxes, crushed corners or edges, dents, open, or wet boxes, etc. Please be sure to write down all exceptions in the UPS delivery receipt book or have the driver make the notations.
If you receive an item that is or appears to be damaged in shipment, you must notify UPS and Baby Supermarket  immediately. Please keep all packing and shipping cartons and materials while awaiting instructions for return or replacement.

Time Needed for Credit and Return
Please allow approximately 10 business days to process your return or exchange. If you are returning a product to Cullen's Play Pen, Inc., please bring the original credit card used along with your packing slip. If you are exchanging or returning an item purchased for you as a gift, please contact Baby Supermarket  for instructions on receiving a merchandise credit. Refunds will only be applied to the credit card used to make your purchase. In the event you made your purchase by check, your refund by check may require 10 business days for processing.
