Thread the end of the longer strap up through the buckle
Next, thread the end of the longer strap down through the other side of the buckle.
Pull the two tails to make the neck strap smaller. Pull the inner straps to make the neck strap larger.

Why is there a narrow piece of fabric on the underside of the neck strap?

  1. This keeps the buckle attached to your Nursing Cover whil it is being washed.
  2. This keeps the buckle positioned properly on the neck strap.
